Hi, I am the founder of List Whisperer Ltd. I have extensive Events Management experience that covers a broad skill set – customer service, sales, people management, research and negotiation, you name it I have probably tried my hand at it!
I started List Whisperer Ltd with the intention to create a flexible service for our clients – you simply pay for the hours you use – with a personal relationship with your VA to ensure you get a great all round understanding of your business.
I am based in Aldershot, an old military town in Hampshire with my husband, little boy and choccy lab Milo, we all absolutely love being outdoors and with such an array of beautiful places nearby we are spoilt for choice for dog walks. If I could travel and see every beautiful place in the world that would be my life fulfilled!
Clare Base
I’m Clare, a Social Media Marketing specialist with a background of many years in Marketing Communications. I love developing campaigns, from working through the creative process and setting objectives through to regular reporting of results. I’m a great believer in testing and refining social media activity and all things marketing in order to continually improve results, whether the objective is brand awareness, website visits or sales.
I live in Portishead, just outside of Bristol with my husband and two girls. When I’m not working, juggling school runs or refereeing a strong-willed toddler, I enjoy spending time as a family and particularly love our family camping trips (as long as it doesn’t rain of course!).
Chris Frazer
Hello – I’m Chris. I have too many years to mention worth of experience as a project manager working with various teams to deliver huge events – often watched worldwide both handling event technology, Audio Visual requirements to strict guidelines and client needs, this requires huge adaptability – problem solving and on the spot resolution. I am a Prince trained project manager and highly proficient in Microsoft and MAC systems and software as well as photoshop – developing branding for a range of companies – creating artwork for everything from flyers to web graphics and manipulating photos or videos to correct issues, change backgrounds, etc.
I am a family man first and foremost, with a love for killing myself doing bootcamps in the park and to rest up I love heading out to see the latest movies with my beautiful wife. I am a highly dedicated and loyal person who will work with your business to achieve exactly what you set out to do.
Barbara Southby
Hello, I’m Barbara. I have worked for over 14 years as a secretary, administrator and personal assistant in many different and varied industries, enabling me to acquire a diverse set of administrative skills. If you need help organising yourself, I am your woman. From diary management to inbox organisation via database maintenance, transcription services and document set up, there is little that I can’t turn my hand to. My keen eye for detail, and natural predisposition toward promptness and order mean that I am highly effective, and have an aptitude for creating order from chaos.
I live in south-east London with my husband, two children, and an enormously fluffy cat. We love to get out into nature, and when I’m not strolling through fields and forests (as much as you can in SE London!) I’m often to be found with my nose in a good book, or singing (virtually at the moment) at choir.
