As time has gone on and we have serviced upwards of 20 clients in the past 12 months, we have found a need to offer this service as a stand alone offer.
What it will consist of is:
15 minute free discovery call to get a brief understanding of direction.
60 minute in depth strategy call to assess your goals, develop ideas and get you organised.
30 minute follow up time to set up a timeline/project management tool and pass on resources.
During this call we will:
– Strip away anything that’s not serving you.
– Create a timeline for goals or projects.
– Discuss how you might achieve the goals your setting and start to create plan of ‘attack’.
I will follow up the call with a copy of the timeline created for you or the high level projects and deadlines inputted into your preferred project management system to allow you to flesh the tasks out and finish creating your plan of action.
I will also forward on any ideas of suggestions made during the call by way of a summary of our brainstorming session.
This is a great opportunity to dedicate some time to reorganising yourself and your business with the guidance of someone who has done this for dozens of other entrepreneurs in recent years and who can offer ongoing support too if you need it. We have recently added a few social media managers to our team, with extensive marketing experience.
When it comes to providing Social Media Marketing services, we have a flexible approach and can offer a fully managed Social Media Marketing service through to a support or delivery role, or anything in between. This is something we will discuss and agree upfront with you.
As a typical approach, we start off by getting to understand the business we’re working with, the target audience and objectives. If they already have a presence on social media channels, we will carry out an audit of activity on each channel to understand existing performance.
A Social Media Marketing Strategy is developed which will encompass a variety of information from objectives and platform recommendations, through to content development and creation of user personas.
Once the strategy and approach has been agreed, content development and post creation start, along with regular engagement with the target audience and influencers once live. Ongoing communication with each client is key to share results, discuss content and review strategy.
We can also offer guidance on channels like email marketing, google paid search, SEO as well as general website usability.
